The Food Thread!

I agree. Being hot is an indescribable satisfaction. Y’all should try this.

Hmmmm where do I start? I’m such a greedy guts. Nice thread, IV! I think there was one like this once, but it’s so dead now. Anyways…

-Pizza (haha, Virginia!)
-Chocolate (defo)
-Pasta
-Ice Cream(chocolate)
-Strawberries (I have to be healthy sometimes!)

That’s all I can think of for now

Oh my goodness, you’ve never had authentic Chinese food??!!! You are deprived!

It’s so much better than that Americanized stuff they serve at most restaurants. You walk into a “Chinese” buffet nowadays, and they will probably have like buffalo wings and fries! (Which by no means tastes bad, but it’s not the kind of food you’d expect when you go to a foreign food restaurant.)

The best places for Chinese food are, of course, in China, but there are also really authentic restaurants here, especially in big cities.

You have to try it, compared to American-Chinese food, it’s like eating cardboard your entire life, and then eating pizza!

Juicy Apples
Sausage Barm
BBQ Ribbs
Strawberry Jelly
Pot Noodle Chicken Flavour
Echo chocolate bars
Pasta and Meatballs

Samosas. Its kind of like an Indian food version of an egg roll.

Edamame, hands down.

I really like my mom’s red sauce. Yumm-o.

Smoked salmon and scrambled eggs on toast for a nice brunch. Plenty of black pepper and lemon. Fajitas with lashings of guacamole and salsa. And…ribs in a barbeque sauce. Yummy!

I’m rather entranced with Five Guys burgers. Stinks that the nearest one is 3 hours away. (Though I have driven that for the purpose of eating there)

Cool answers, you guys!!! Yay, Ami loves pizza, too!!!

Fett101, Five Guys is seriously amazing, I could not agree with you more! It’s a good thing I’m not really old or anything, otherwise I’d probably die of a heart attack or something if I ate there. Like seriously, their burgers are taller than they are wide, and they give you fries in large drink cups! sigh It’s the good things in life that bad for you…

Whoa! I have never been to Five Guys, but I know my father and brother-in-law really like it. I also believe they are opening one in the town next to me, so I guess I’ll have to guy and check it out.

I really like cheeseburgers, so I bet my relationship with Five Guys will work out…

So weird…I’d never heard of Five Guys, then I passed one today on the way to my grandparents’ house!! Too bad we’re too poor to eat out, or I’d have to try. :frowning:

Pizza.

Mmmm… good list <img src=“{SMILIES_PATH}/grinandwink.gif” alt=“;-D” title="Grin and

Wink" /> , especially the chocolate and ice cream drools!!! Except for the strawberries. I like 'em, but I’m allergic :-\ .

I’ve never been to Five guys, either! But we drive past them every once and a while. Creative name ;-) . Might try it some day…

Let me ask you guys out of curiosity, do you have any weird food [i:17k4wgp7]combinations[/i:17k4wgp7]? Some that I like are mozzarella sticks with applesauce and Pringles with whipped cream (of course, whipped cream goes with everything   ).

I like to put mayonnaise on my chicken patties, but I think lots of people do that…

I have a thing for BBQ Chicken Pizzas. I’ve found the best version is at the Macaroni Grill or the local Memphis Pizza Cafe.

I like a lot of foods. Seriously.

Edit: I also like Milloin Dollar Stew and potato soup.
