JV - NO!!! You beat

me again!!! :P (snigger)

Heheh -- yeah, it's awesome! I've seen it 3-4

times already and I absolutely love it. We get a better glimpse of the backround

characters, how the kitchen system works, and -- as you said JV -- our first shot of

Gusteau himself! He's just as jolly as I imagined him to be.... Heheh. ;)

And the whole thing with

Linguini flaming up the pot of soup had me cracking up, because I can't cook either. I can't cook and I

hate to do it, so watching somebody else make a mess of it just makes it all the

more hilarious.

I also love how the animators/employees described how they show how the restaurant

is run after its ratings plummet -- they give you a real feel for the atmosphere of the moment.

Beautiful!!! Simply

stunning!! I was way off on some points in my whole

Ratatouille story thing. Drat. :P

Now I am really hungry. I just loved watching the cooking an the food and the ideas and

concepts behind it. Now that is going to the max. The people at Pixar study cooking and the details just to get

it right.

Oh...my....GOSH!!! Maggie, I-I-I...I....thank you, dude!!! Thank you!!! :D :D :D

"What about my adorable...peach, fur-covered little ears?" - Remy

Awww...sheesh...I need to see this movie, man!!! I'm sweating again.... Now my shirt is sticking to my body. :P

I absolutely love the amount of detail Pixar puts into their films, and this doesn't just go for the film itself...but for the production as a whole: they dunk their employees (the employees, moreover, wearing a chef's suit at the time of the "dunking") in a giant pool to see how the cloth sticks to their skin so as to figure out how to emulate that on the screen; they dig deep down into a rats' world to observe how they move...eat...and react to different environments; they talk fast at the beginning of the podcast.

And dude, that last clip had me cracking UP!!!
That's just like...my sister and I right there in all of our flourescent craziness. I almost feel too unworthy to finish my Ratatouille story.... :P

GREAT stuff, dude!!! Oh man, I'm blushing like crazy!!! :loves: :D

And Pixar Animation Studios: All of you guys working there make up one brilliant team, I can tell you. Your humor just makes my life more amusing. ;)

You can also watch podcasts, not just listen to them. I don't think it'd hurt to watch this one. Trust me ;)

Like Mitch, I'm getting more and more excited about this movie every time they release some new promotional material, and that doesn't happen very often.

JV - Holy smokes. $225 dollars per ticket. How I would love to go, but ohhh...how I must pass on this "once-in-a-lifetime" chance.

Thanks for the news, though, JV! :D
