My Wall E (work in progress) SolidWorks

Hi All,

I thought you might like to see the Wall-E I’m working on.
Here are a few renders I made of what I have modeled so far.

I see images are being resised, so I also post the direct links to the larger images

Cheers, Curt.

Ooooh its cool
That must have taken some grafting, keep up the good work!

Thanks!! more to come later

I thought this was live action at first xD
Excellent work so far.

Thanks Bryko614!

This is amazing, I thought it was real at first! Good work on the rendering and reflections. From personal experience, this would be an A-grade piece of work.

Thanks so much!!

I honestly thought these were pics of a toy WALL-E!

Can’t wait to see the finished rendering

keep up the good work

Thanks for the compliment Scene!!

Dude, very nice job with it! I can’t wait to see the finished project.

Big thanks man!! :sunglasses:

Don’t forget to add the 700 years of rust!

Oh yeah, and binocular eyes!

It’s so realistic. Great! Good job.

Wow, this is exactly what I thought…

It looks fantastic!

The only thing that made me realise it wasn’t just a head dismantled toy was the fact that his treads are not yet mounted to his body - otherwise I would have suspected it as just photos - its that realistic. I’m in complete awe!

Thanks so much people!

Here are some screens of what I’m working on:
Sometimes you need to reverse engineer stuff to get it right

And a Solidworks screen capture video:
