Just wondering, on Upcoming Pixar in the article you give here, it says

that Disney/Pixar have given release dates for three new films. Just to double check, this is about Ratatouille,

Toy Story 3 and, of course, Wall-E, right?

LG: I?m guessing

that?s what he is saying. You should post a comment on Upcoming Pixar and ask him.

Yeah, I’ll do that- that is, if no one on here can

definitely confirm that that is what is being said.

Interesting. A movie about

robots, ay? I’ll be looking forward to it!

I bet many people will start to criticise this film early because there was already a film

about “Robots” way before Wall-E.

No, no, no!!!

Disney has given release dates for 3 new films: Narnia 2, National Treasure 2 and

Wall-E !!!

But it said Disney/Pixar, implying that these films involved both companies.

Nation Treasure 2 ? The first one

wasn’t that good and was VERY boring . Just my opinion here .

In other words, it’s Disney and Pixar films. They’re

all part of the same company now, so the three new release dates are for both, not just Pixar. Though it should

have been worded differently, because I thought the same thing at first…

Oh right, I see! Thanks, Shark Bait.

sorry for the confusion. The 2 other films

are National Treasure 2 and the second film in the Narnia series. I should change it to just Disney.

bawpcwpn: I get now,

Thanks!

Guys, remember, it’s just a

rumor that’s it’s about a robot.

coudln’t agree more. And as for it being by Andrew Stanton. I think thats a

load of codswallop. I think its the Jim Reardman (from the simpsons) feature that he has been working on. You

know the one that in the simpsons commentary of an episode, David Silverman (director of Simpsons Movie and also

worked on Monsters Inc) asked him about what the film he was doing at Pixar and Jim said “2008”. So I

assume that means the 2008 film in which case means Wall-E.

I don’t think it’s really going to be about robots.

Animated films with such themes like Robots or Cars, did good, but not great at the boxoffice.
So I think

it’s just a rumor.

Hmm, well, this is Pixar, and even if the premise really is about robots, it’s probably going to do better than

Robots.

Yeah, it’s just that Cars showed us that

people (especially overseas) can identify themselves better with living things, things with faces (so toy story

is something else). That was probably the main point that Cars did just an ‘okay’-job overseas at the

boxoffice. (In USA it did a pretty good job)

And also, car racing

isn’t very big anywhere else.
